1. Introduction

2. Definitions

• "Balance" means the total of cash funds and any applicable bonus funds held in a User's Account at any given time.

• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bets or bonus amounts credited to an Account subject to specific eligibility and turnover conditions.
• "Cash Funds" means real-money balances deposited by the User and not subject to wagering requirements.

• "Prohibited Person" means any individual who is ineligible to hold an Account under Section 3 of this Agreement.

3. Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

m888bet Services are available exclusively to adults aged 21 years or older. By registering an Account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. m888bet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the age requirement cannot be verified. Any winnings accumulated during play prior to age verification may be forfeited.

3.2 Jurisdictional Responsibility

3.3 Prohibited Persons

• Employees, contractors, agents or close family members of m888bet or its technology or service partners, where a conflict of interest exists.
• Persons using automated systems, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to place bets.

3.4 Single Account Obligation

Each User may hold only one Account. Multiple accounts per person, household, shared IP address, device or payment method are not permitted. m888bet reserves the right to merge, suspend or close duplicate Accounts and to confiscate any balances associated with them.

4. Account Rules

4.1 Registration Accuracy

You must provide complete, accurate and current information when creating your Account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact details. m888bet may require this information to match your KYC documents at any point. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. m888bet will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any unsecured communication. You must notify m888bet support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. m888bet is not liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard login details.

4.3 Account Activity

Accounts that remain inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be designated as dormant. m888bet reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of up to RM10 per month to dormant Accounts, after providing reasonable advance notice. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed without notice after the applicable dormancy period.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

m888bet facilitates MYR transactions through a range of payment channels including but not limited to Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and online banking via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank and Hong Leong. Availability of specific methods may change without prior notice. You must use only payment accounts held in your own legal name.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed on the Account payment page and may vary by method. m888bet reserves the right to amend these limits at any time. Any deposit that falls outside the permitted range may be declined or returned, subject to applicable processing fees.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account held in your own legal name matching your verified Account name. m888bet will not transfer funds to a third party under any circumstances. All pending Bonus Fund obligations must be settled or forfeited before a withdrawal containing those funds can be processed. m888bet reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory KYC verification.

6. Bonus and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets and promotional credits offered by m888bet are subject to individual promotion-specific Terms and Conditions published at the time the promotion is active. In the event of any inconsistency between these general Terms and Conditions and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms prevail for that promotion only.

6.2 Turnover Requirements

Bonus Funds must be turned over at the applicable wagering multiplier before they can be withdrawn. Turnover requirements, eligible game types and contribution percentages are specified per promotion. Wagering placed at stake levels below the minimum or above the maximum permitted stake for a bonus round may not count toward the turnover requirement.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

m888bet reserves the right to refuse, cancel or recover any bonus if there is reasonable evidence of abuse, collusion, arbitrage, use of multiple accounts, mismatch between deposit method and withdrawal method, or any other conduct designed to extract bonus value without genuine recreational play. In such cases, m888bet may close the Account and withhold associated balances pending investigation.

6.4 Expiry

Bonus Funds that are not used or met with qualifying wagers within the stated expiry period will be forfeited automatically. m888bet does not extend bonus expiry periods except at its sole discretion in response to documented technical failures attributable to m888bet.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

Placing a bet through m888bet constitutes an offer to wager at the displayed odds. A bet is not confirmed until an explicit acceptance confirmation is returned by the platform. m888bet reserves the right to decline, limit or cancel any bet at its absolute discretion, including bets placed after an event has commenced unless live-betting is explicitly available.

7.2 Obvious Errors

In the event that odds or game results are displayed in error due to a system fault, data feed failure or manifest pricing error, m888bet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Winnings generated from an obvious error are not claimable. m888bet will communicate void decisions with reference to the specific transaction records.

7.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

8. Prohibited Conduct

m888bet cooperates with relevant authorities where required by applicable international regulatory and anti-money laundering obligations. Suspicious transactions may be reported without prior notice to the Account holder.

9. Identity Verification (KYC)

m888bet is committed to verifying the identity of all Account holders for age compliance, fraud prevention, anti-money laundering obligations and secure payment processing. KYC verification may be requested at registration, at the first withdrawal request, or at any later point where account activity warrants additional review.

11. Limitation of Liability

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, m888bet's total liability to you in respect of any single event shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant claim.

12. Suspension and Termination

12.1 Closure by User

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting m888bet support. Pending wagers placed before closure will be settled according to standard rules. Any remaining eligible Cash Funds balance will be processed for withdrawal to a verified payment method, subject to KYC and applicable minimum withdrawal requirements.

12.2 Closure by m888bet

m888bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where there is evidence of a breach of this Agreement, suspected fraudulent activity, suspected multiple accounts, incomplete KYC, extended inactivity, or in response to regulatory or legal requirements. Where appropriate, m888bet will provide notice and allow withdrawal of eligible Cash Funds before closure.

12.3 Responsible Gambling Exclusion

Users may request a self-exclusion period of between one month and five years, or a permanent exclusion, by contacting m888bet support. Self-exclusion is effective within 24 hours of confirmation. 13. Governing Law and Disputes

This Agreement and any dispute arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which m888bet operates internationally. m888bet does not hold or claim Malaysian government licensing. Malaysian users acknowledge that online gambling laws in Malaysia apply to them independently of any international licensing held by the platform operator.

In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, account transactions or bonus application, you should first contact m888bet support with full transaction details and relevant evidence. m888bet will respond within ten (10) business days. 14. Amendments to These Terms
